I realized recently that my emo bone has finally dissolved into nothingness. I can't be happier about that than I already am to have known that for myself.
This means I've already forgiven myself for what I shouldn't blame myself for (because I wasn't the one at fault in a big way). I am glad... really, really glad about that! 진짜!!!
Deciding to disappear from the world of the person who had hurt me badly was the best advice I took from a very wise friend. The moment I realized that I didn't even remember that person's birthday until it was over for quite a while... was the best thing in the world.
Being busy lately probably helped too. I've had to move house and be busy in unpacking and setting up stuff in the new place within the last 3 months; I've had to travel to India for a week in June; I am in the midst of a transition into a new job role and making sure my soon-to-be ex-team mates understand everything that they need to pick up (quite a number of areas to cover here).
It also seems that my pile of DVDs and "DVDs" had been quietly growing and they are crying for some attention too. :P
I've also added tennis into my schedule recently since my tennis partner had decided to be back in action... (whee!! more exercise and running on court).
It's time to regain some creative writing juices... hmmm...

Meh. We all know that we never lose that sour aftertaste of self-defeat. It just gets buried deep enough that it can't be seen, smelt or heard from again.. well, until the scarred ghost of lives long past rears it's head again... And before you say it, no, it's not negativity. It's the fact of life that people choose to sweep under that new persian rug they blanket their lives with..
But then, I digress. All that is talk for when the brain needs a workout. Have fun aite..
p/s : where'd joo mooved-s toes?
oiks... itu cakap that is kinda negative la dood. I'd say that it's like getting a deep cut. When it heals, it's never perfect. There'll be some kind of scar. You just learn to accept it and live with it.
About moving... it's someplace near the old place and the new place is in between old place and LT's... it's nearer the evening market so to speak.
See.. I knew you were gonna say that.
I know the way you think well enuff to expect it hahaha :P
A cut is more when things happen out of our control. Like an accident. We are constantly reminded of it. This is not that. When we voluntarily, aware or not, involve ourselves in something that in the back of our head know, might end up badly, that is setting up the self.
But it's not all bad. As long as we realize all that transpired and learn from it, that's how we grow wiser. Then again, you already know this, just needs reminding.
I have more to say but that's for another day. ;)
Ah, I *think* I know where. Either way, I would soon need to know anyhow rite? hahaha :P
u know that more than anyone else K. we dun call her demented and psycho for nothing... :P
